  • What is the point of ingloss.com

    The gloss business directory is a easy to use site dedicated to helping people find & connect with businesses in their area. This offers a unique opportunities for business to advertise themselves to a community of potential customers.

  • How do I add my business?

    It couldn’t be easier to add your business to gloss, just select one of the plans options above and click sign up. You will then be asked to enter some basic details to get you started, such as the field (Category & sub category) it operates in.

  • Can I upgrade my listing at any time?

    Yes, you can upgrade at any time. This is done through the upgrade link on either your user edit page or your business edit page. Select the listing option you wish to upgrade to and you will then be taken through the listing upgrade process.

  • Do I have to sign a contract?

    No. Your Gold, Silver or Bronze business listing on gloss is added for a one off fee which lists your business for a full year. At the end of the year we will email you asking if you wish to renew your listing, if you don’t your business will stay on the site as a basic listing.

  • Can I update my listing after signup?

    Sure! We only ask for essential details when you are adding your business. It is important after the sign up process is complete you update your business listing. The business edit page allows you to add relevant content to enhance your listing, (describe your business, opening hours, gallery pictures, company logo, contact details, add a special offer and more).

  • I don't have a business, can I still join the community?

    Anyone can join the gloss community it’s free. By joining you are setting up a user account which allows you to create your own profile, follow a business (to find out about their updates latest offers etc), recommend a business or write a testimonial to show your appreciation.
