What we do
Owned by a traditional butcher from a farming family, at Porterhouse we use the highest grade beef from a specialist breed of locally reared steers. The beef is then dry aged on the bone for a minimum 21 days resulting in tender, succulent steak with a concentrated rich flavour.
The range of steaks comprises cuts available on or off the bone including our popular trademark 22oz Porterhouse steak which is the king of T bones with a generous portion of fillet steak and sirloin.
Our passion for flavoursome food extends beyond our steaks to all our dishes. Check out our menu for our full range which incorporates fresh seafood, organic chicken, local pork and vegetarian options.
Everything we offer, including our bread and ice cream, is made on the premises from locally produced fresh ingredients.
